THE PROJECT
Mylora is a significant mixed farming asset located in Binalong, New South Wales, positioned to appeal to high net worth buyers, established landowners, trophy asset collectors and foreign investors. The engagement began with the design of a custom proposal to support the appointment process, which subsequently rolled out into the full Information Memorandum.
Our scope included brand design for Mylora, the design and layout of both domestic and international versions of the Information Memorandum, and the creation of custom iconography and map illustrations to clearly communicate scale, infrastructure, location and operational attributes. The result is a considered, investment-grade document designed to instil confidence across a global buyer audience and reflect the calibre of the asset being offered to market.
